  Ms. Christian is a shareholder at Christian Dichter & Sluga, P.C. Her primary practice areas are insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. She was recognized as a Rising Star in Insurance Coverage from 2012-2015 and has been included in the Southwest Super Lawyers list since 2016. Ms. Christian has obtained the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating. She was also recognized by Arizona Business Magazine as one of the most influential women in Arizona business, and was the youngest of five honorees in the 2014 "Generation Next" category. In 2016, she was recognized by Arizona Business Magazine as one of the Most Influential Millennials. Ms. Christian served as President of the Phi Beta Kappa Phoenix Association from 2008-2009, and served on the board of directors from 2007-2010. She also served as President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel Young Lawyers' Division from 2009-2010. She currently serves on the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel Board of Directors as the Advocacy Luncheon Co-Chair and Treasurer. She was selected to serve on the DRI Membership Committee and was admitted the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel in July 2015. In 2012 Ms. Christian co-founded a business development program for women lawyers called “Ladder Down". The program is unique in both structure and content, and runs year-long with monthly sessions dedicated to instruction in three key areas: leadership, business development, and mentoring. "Ladder Down" became an FDCC program in 2017 and is running in Phoenix and San Francisco. Ms. Christian lectures frequently on empowering women lawyers, including as the Keynote Speaker for the 2014 Arizona Minority Bar Convention and as a panelist at the 2014 DRI Diversity for Success Seminar. She currently serves in several leadership roles for the FDCC: Vice Chair of the Counsel Connect Committee, Co-Chair of the Ladder Down Committee, Vice Chair of Masters in Marketing, Vice Chair of the Professional Women's Forum Committee, and Vice Chair of the Visibility Project Committee.
