The FDCC is headed to London for a one-day meeting. 
Perfect for members in Europe and around the world to gather, network, and learn with your Federation colleagues. Our program will be focused on challenges faced by companies doing business in the EU with data privacy, international arbitration, and other dispute resolution techniques among the topics to be addressed.

erfectly timed for members also attending the AIDA conference in Warsaw, and well-located for members with clients or business in the UK or EU to attend.

Because of duration of this meeting the FDCC is not sponsoring or coordinating hotel accommodations. Attendees seeking accommodation must do so on their own.

This program will explore cyber liability exposures and risks, including GDPR exposure issues from various perspectives - mitigating risk, insuring risk and managing breaches and claims. Highlights will include: prevention and best practices, hot topics and cross-border differences.

Mediation-Arbitration: Best of Both Worlds or a Procedural and Ethical Monster?

Med-Arb has features of both mediation and arbitration. While sometimes successful in the US and in Asia, European parties appear reluctant to try Med-Arb. Our speakers will give views pro and con, seen through the eyes of the parties and the arbitrator.
